Hailing from Campinas, São Paulo, Kamala has been active since 2003, blending Eastern harmonies with the energy of Thrash Metal while always focusing on a powerful stage presence. This extensive time on the road opened doors for the band to perform outside Brazil. Since 2013, Kamala has undertaken eight European tours, visiting countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Tunisia. The result of this constant touring was not only the album *live in France* (2019) - voted "best Live Album" by numerous Brazilian Magazines and heavy metal websites - but also catching the attention the Franch Label M&O Music, which signed them to release their sixth album *Karma* (2023). Promoting the album took Kamala on their seventh European tour in 2003. However, this time, they performed three on the shows on a unique way, accompanied by the French orchestra Ünion Musicale en Combrailes". These performances were among the highlights thad led to Kamala's inclusion in the "Diabolus in Musica" exhibition at the Philharmonie de Paris, held from April to September 2024. This event placed Kamala among a select group pf Brazilian bands (alongside Sepultura, Sarcofago and Max Cavalera with Soufly) featured in a massive heavy metal exhibition showcasing years of iconic history and memorabilia from bands and artists worldwide. In 2025, during their eighth European Tour, the band was invited to play at the "Mena Rock Fest"in Tunis, Tunisia. This marked the first ion full Brazilian band had ever performed in the country, as well debut performance on the Africa continent. The collaboration with classical music took place once again during this eighth tour, featuring three very special concerts alongside the Auverne Metal Orchestra, also, conducted by French maestro Thierry Varrion - who was responsible for conducting and arranging the 2023 shows.
